Tower Realty offers a
complete property management package or you may customize our individual
service needs; we are here to make your life easier!
- We handle the entire rental
process including preparing the property for re-rental, promoting
vacancy, selecting a viable tenant, and preparing and securing a
signed Lease Agreement. This is a one time Rental Fee charged
only when a new tenant is secured.
Our full time services are
available at a very reasonable monthly rate.
- We collect rents and
disburse funds according to your direction. (We can pay bills,
mortgage, property taxes, etc.)
- We take care of repairs,
utilizing our vendors at a lower cost and pass that savings on to
you. We can operate up to a set limit, or get your approval
for each repair.
You choose the level of
convenience that best suits you.
- We inspect your property on
a regular basis and enforce all aspects of the Lease
Agreement. Initiating legal action if necessary, protecting
your property from neglectful tenants.
- We are exposed to mortgage
markets and related vehicles on a daily basis and can help you to
choose the best methods for maximizing your investment potential.
- We maintain detailed
computerized records of cash flow, showing income and expense items
for each property. We provide you with monthly and annual statements, delivered to you or your accountant, making the tax
process a simple endeavor.
